Litigation Associate (Construction Practice) | West Palm Beach, FL

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Construction Practice Group in West Palm Beach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level associate looking to gain hands-on experience in complex disputes while working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The Role

You will work on a range of litigation matters, including complex disputes, claims counseling, and contract-related issues. While construction litigation experience is preferred, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex litigation matters
• Support claims counseling and dispute strategy
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
• Collaborate with attorneys across the litigation and construction teams
• Support client communication and case management

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in complex litigation, contract disputes, or business disputes
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Preferred:

• Construction litigation experience
